I've had my 2 vehicles in at Norlang multiple times for service and repairs since moving to Langley 8 months ago. My experience so far is that they do good work, are honest, and provide a good customer service experience. I wouldn't say they are low cost but the prices are fair, and most importantly they are very transparent with their inspection findings and cost before doing any work. Each time following the inspection I was sent an electronic link with the issues reported or found and recommendations, including pictures and a description for backup, and costs for each item. I've never felt pressured or coerced into doing anything and was always charged what was quoted or less. I can't say this for many other shops I've dealt with over the years. The service advisors are friendly and professional, and were always happy to answer any questions I had or explain anything I wanted clarification on.I recommend this shop and will continue to use them myself for the forseeable future.

I didn't want to pay the $1000+ dollars to go to a dealership to have my Subaru serviced. I took to Norlang - closer to home - and spent about half I would at the dealership. Service and communication was excellent, car was cleaned very well. Very happy will be back when its time for next service.

What to comment on what a great business Norlang Auto is. The service from beginning to end was first rate. Unfortunately my car got scratched in the wash area, after the repair was done. I recently had some challenges with my car and I am extremely pleased with the service I have received at Norlang. It is always difficult to choose an automotive place as I often feel uncertain as a consumer if I am being charged appropriately. I have always felt they have explained each service thoroughly and even pointed out which ones could potentially be delayed to decrease the financial burden. I have personally dealt with Matt, who has provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations. They have even vacuumed and washed my car with my services which is a bonus. They have solidified me as a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.

Service is exceptional. The level of consideration and concern they have for their customers is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere else.I really appreciated receiving multiple courtesy calls to update me on the status of the repairs. I already recommend them to friends and family whenever I get the chance, and since I have a few older cars in my driveway, I’ll definitely calling upon them again very soon.Update May 2024:Norlang really came through for me in a pinch recently. Unexpectedly having to go on a 3000 km road trip pulling a toy hauler and quads through the mountains, I found myself needing new tires ASAP. But every tire shop between Park Royal and and the Fraser River was too busy.Norlang Auto’s tire service squeezed me in, at the last minute, and in a time of need. Next time, I’ll call them first because just a short while later, I was hitting easy street on new mud tires. Thank you, Norlang!

I've taken my car to Norlang several times and they are fantastic to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable.On Thursday I called and spoke with Sylvan about my engine overheating and was advised to bring it in. They examined my car and discovered a cracked water pump.The parts were ordered and the necessary repairs done. Sylvan called me at 4pm on Friday to tell me my car was ready to be picked up.I'd like to thank the Norlang team for fitting me in to their busy schedule. They saved the day by getting my car back to me before the long weekend.

I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me. They drove me home and picked me up when the car was done. They explained everything that was done including a complete inspection. My first time experiencing Norlang Auto and it was a great one. Very, very impressive office/reception and facility. After I dropped off my car they provided a shuttle service back to my house. My dead air conditioning was then serviced within a handful of hours (phone updates provided in the meantime) and I was back enjoying cool air by the end of the same day!

The team at Norlang Auto provided top notch service for our new to us Mazda. We brought a 2004 Mazda 3 in for an inspection. Jordan was clear and communicative during the couple days they had it regarding the progress. Jeff is a top notch A+ mechanic who was thorough in his inspection. The repairs completed made the car feel like new! What made them stand out was the way they outlined all the deficiencies they found in the car in a tier like fashion. Not everything was made out as a need to repair now push. They let me make the decision and outlined which items were a safety concern to be most prudent. Don't hesitate, these guys will take care of you and your vehicle!

A very detailed maintenance review came across a number of issues which were prioritized and supported by pictures of the problems. Communication was prompt with a detailed, pictured report emailed to me for review, followed up with a call and discussion to somewhat control costs. My Xterra needed to be kept a few days, in a secure environment, with loaners available if desired. Jen was a very professional advisor who represented their business well as the key customer link for business. I’ll have my BMW roadster in soon.

Hit and miss, it depends on who you dealing with at the desk. If you have a cheap vehicle to fix, go somewhere else. Don't assume that your car will be done on time/ set appointment for oil change, that takes one hour or less, be prepared to wait some time longer than that,, hit and miss.

We had such a great experience this last week with Norlang Auto, not only did they go above and beyond to get us a courtesy car prior to our vehicle being looked at they were professional and kept us up to date through the entire process.No one like repairs right at Christmas but they made it seamless.We have dealt with repair shops in the past and always felt taken advantage of and like we were being given the run around. Have had the pleasure of dealing with Norlang a few times recently. Friendly staff explained and solved the cause of my check engine light as well as offered a very competitive rate for walnut blasting my valves which I requested for my direct injection engine. A courtesy car was provided as well which was very helpful. They also bailed me out in a separate visit after suffering a broken engine mount on a raised manhole cover on a fridat afternoon. they were able to look at the car, order, and install the replacement part within in just over an hour of me arriving and got me out of their before they closed. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. thanks.
