I popped off a stud trying to tighten a seized lug nut on my way to Vancouver. Called up Norlang, and had the new studs in quick and back on my way. They even took the time to show me what broke. Great communication. Heroes.

I had an amazing experience at Norlang Auto. My car tire blew up and the lug nuts were damaged from a previous shop, so I was unable to use my spare tire kit. Jordan was amazing in calming me down, recommending a local towing company, going over my options, and providing quotes and estimates. Jordan also provided me a curtesy car while my car was being worked on at Norlang as I am based by downtown Vancouver and was paying for Ubers back and forth from Langley to deal with my car. I would highly recommend Jordan and the entire team at Norlang Auto for any of your automotive needs. They handled everything with extreme professionalism, understanding, honestly and empathy.

I was in fort Langley and not near any gas station or mechanic. I looked up the place closest with the best reviews and Norlang has the best. After having 2 appointments with them I know why. They are quick, compassionate and understanding . They are fantastic with communication to the customer. They gave me a loaner and didn’t charge me for the days they couldn’t work on it due to a holiday! And then a huge amount of work 5 days before Christmas and I asked for any help they could give. I know this is not the norm, but they took off some money for me. This shop is one of its kind and I will continue to share how great they are with everyone! - thank you for your compassion during the holidays.

The guys at Norlang did a great job on servicing our son's Hyundai Elantra, after we had a problem with the dealership and them not explaining what needed to be fixed properly. Norlang Auto explained everything thoroughly and did great work, even had it washed after the work was done. We will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on.

Just took my Jag there for the first time and they were able to get me in next day. They are quick with ordering parts. The people I dealt with were friendly and had strong customer service skills. Pricing was fair. I plan to return for any future needs.Update : they also do winter tire change and storage. Did that this year and great experience.

The guys at Norlang did a fantastic job at putting on some nice winter/all season tires for me. There were a few challenges with the style of body that my truck and the tire sizes, but they were able to work with them and solve every problem. Now my truck runs so smoothly and I’m so happy with my tires.

They even made the inside of my car sparkle after fixing the bumper damage from being hit in a parking lot. 😊. First in 2022 and Just as great for my 2nd experience in 2024

After my previous mechanic sold their shop, I was on the lookout for a new, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic. I found Norlang, and their customer service is truly exceptional. They are communicative, clear, organized, and incredibly informative.They do have a required diganosis fee on top of the repair. However, this fee is used to accurately diagnose the core issue, ensuring that the repair is done efficiently and effectively. The team at Norlang is transparent about the process, explaining each step and how they arrived at their conclusions. This makes me feel I can make informed decisions about the necessary repairs.You may find their prices to be on the med-upper end, but if you value getting it right the first time and not dealing with the lowest bidder mechanics this team is great. For simpler services I may go elsewhere but for services I want that customer experience and quality guarantee, I would definitely return here for it.

I took my truck in for an intermittent transmission issue and was very impressed with the amount of time they put into researching the issue to determine a repair that worked with my budget and timeframe.Matt was awesome at ensuring I was informed about the different repair options, kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs, and did so without being pushy. It's definitely a good feeling taking your car to a shop and not feeling like they are trying to squeeze you for more money with unnecessary work.I would highly recommend Matt and Norlang and will continue to take my truck back for great service in the future!

I'm not good at English or living here because I visit Vancouver from time to time. Nevertheless, I was able to finish the work so comfortably. Jordan was kind, accurate, and patient. He was generous with consideration for me. He already gave me extra discounts even after I finished offering the quote. I was surprised and moved. I feel my bmw x5 is safer and more powerful at the moment. I will continue to visit Norlang where he is.

I recently bought out my lease for our 2020 BMW 330I at the end of the 4 year warranty. Was searching for a reputable service center, closer to my home in Langley. I've had my 2 vehicles in at Norlang multiple times for service and repairs since moving to Langley 8 months ago. My experience so far is that they do good work, are honest, and provide a good customer service experience. I wouldn't say they are low cost but the prices are fair, and most importantly they are very transparent with their inspection findings and cost before doing any work. Each time following the inspection I was sent an electronic link with the issues reported or found and recommendations, including pictures and a description for backup, and costs for each item. I've never felt pressured or coerced into doing anything and was always charged what was quoted or less. I can't say this for many other shops I've dealt with over the years. The service advisors are friendly and professional, and were always happy to answer any questions I had or explain anything I wanted clarification on.I recommend this shop and will continue to use them myself for the forseeable future.

I didn't want to pay the $1000+ dollars to go to a dealership to have my Subaru serviced. I took to Norlang - closer to home - and spent about half I would at the dealership. Service and communication was excellent, car was cleaned very well. Very happy will be back when its time for next service.

I recently had some challenges with my car and I am extremely pleased with the service I have received at Norlang. It is always difficult to choose an automotive place as I often feel uncertain as a consumer if I am being charged appropriately. I have always felt they have explained each service thoroughly and even pointed out which ones could potentially be delayed to decrease the financial burden. I have personally dealt with Matt, who has provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations. They have even vacuumed and washed my car with my services which is a bonus. They have solidified me as a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.

The level of consideration and concern they have for their customers is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere else.I really appreciated receiving multiple courtesy calls to update me on the status of the repairs. I already recommend them to friends and family whenever I get the chance, and since I have a few older cars in my driveway, I’ll definitely calling upon them again very soon.Update May 2024:Norlang really came through for me in a pinch recently. Unexpectedly having to go on a 3000 km road trip pulling a toy hauler and quads through the mountains, I found myself needing new tires ASAP. But every tire shop between Park Royal and and the Fraser River was too busy.Norlang Auto’s tire service squeezed me in, at the last minute, and in a time of need. Next time, I’ll call them first because just a short while later, I was hitting easy street on new mud tires. Thank you, Norlang!

I've taken my car to Norlang several times and they are fantastic to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable.On Thursday I called and spoke with Sylvan about my engine overheating and was advised to bring it in. They examined my car and discovered a cracked water pump.The parts were ordered and the necessary repairs done. Sylvan called me at 4pm on Friday to tell me my car was ready to be picked up.I'd like to thank the Norlang team for fitting me in to their busy schedule. They saved the day by getting my car back to me before the long weekend.

My first time experiencing Norlang Auto and it was a great one. Very, very impressive office/reception and facility. After I dropped off my car they provided a shuttle service back to my house. My dead air conditioning was then serviced within a handful of hours (phone updates provided in the meantime) and I was back enjoying cool air by the end of the same day!

The team at Norlang Auto provided top notch service for our new to us Mazda. We brought a 2004 Mazda 3 in for an inspection. Jordan was clear and communicative during the couple days they had it regarding the progress. Jeff is a top notch A+ mechanic who was thorough in his inspection. The repairs completed made the car feel like new! What made them stand out was the way they outlined all the deficiencies they found in the car in a tier like fashion. Not everything was made out as a need to repair now push. They let me make the decision and outlined which items were a safety concern to be most prudent. Don't hesitate, these guys will take care of you and your vehicle!

A very detailed maintenance review came across a number of issues which were prioritized and supported by pictures of the problems. Communication was prompt with a detailed, pictured report emailed to me for review, followed up with a call and discussion to somewhat control costs. My Xterra needed to be kept a few days, in a secure environment, with loaners available if desired. Jen was a very professional advisor who represented their business well as the key customer link for business. I’ll have my BMW roadster in soon.

Each time I have brought my car to Norlang I have been met with professionalism and kindness. It’s the reason I will continue to go back. I had my car towed there on Sunday and within 5 minutes of them opening Monday morning I was on the phone and reassured that they would fit my car into their already busy schedule.
