Was purchasing a vehicle and had norlang inspect it. They were very thorough with the inspection and gave me all the details that I needed before I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Once I purchase the vehicle I had them do the work from what was quoted, they were quick, efficient and honest, letting me know that the final cost was actually slightly lower than what was quoted because some of the things was already done. Can't remember the last time I got a mechanics bill that was lower than what was quoted, they're honesty is truly appreciated and will be going back for sure for years to come.

VIP service with competitive pricing! They took such good care of me and my car. When the work on my car overlapped with an appointment they booked me an Uber there and back so I wasn't inconvenienced. I ended up paying less than they quoted. Norlang service is top notch! They took care of my subaru STI recently and when there was a hiccup after the work was done, they sprung into action and came to pick my car up from where I work and leave me a rental to get me around. Turns out it was a loose connection causing a vacuum leak. Shout out to Jen and Jordan for all their help along the way. Would 100 percent take my subaru there again!

My old RAV4 and I got the royal treatment when I took my car in for an oil change on a busy holiday Friday. I recently brought my Porsche to Norlang for repair. The service was amazing! Jordan was so helpful and explained exactly what they were going to do. To my surprise, the invoice came in under the qoute! Just an added bonus. They went above and beyond washed and vacuumed it out. I’ll definitely be taking my vehicles to Norlang in the future.

Update: July 9 2025 these folks are so nice and fast. They seriously care about their customers and go above and beyond what they are asked to do. I totally trust them.April 2023 I don’t think I’ve ever had such friendly and communicative mechanics before. I was really impressed by the way they leverage tech to communicate with me and their just straight forwardness when booking me in. Overall, I think I really trust these folks more so than most shops I’ve dealt with in the past.

I am NEVER going anywhere else to have my truck serviced! I live in Richmond but come to Langley once a week and brought my Lexus in for overdue maintenance before a road trip next week. Norlang got me booked for the day I wanted. Sylvan was my key contact person and he was wonderful to deal with. I received a very detailed report breaking down what needed immediate work, what could wait until later, and what was working fine. The estimate given was down to the penny, and my truck was ready in a timely manner. The fellow who took payment upon picking up my truck walked me directly to my vehicle because it was in an adjacent parking lot. I very highly recommend Norlang - they're friendly, efficient and honest, and my truck runs like it's new!

Norlang Auto performed a pre buyers inspection for me. I was unable to see the vehicle in person and it was detailed to the absolute end. They showed me every flaw and issue. The Toyota Rav4 I was looking at in Surrey looked nice but was an absolute disaster with zero maintenance done on it for many many years. Norlang saved me from buying a death trap and getting scammed on an SUV that would have needed 4000 in repairs. THANK YOU

The guys at Norlang did a great job on servicing our son's Hyundai Elantra, after we had a problem with the dealership and them not explaining what needed to be fixed properly. Norlang Auto explained everything thoroughly and did great work, even had it washed after the work was done. We will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Again great service on oil change and identifying what was done. Will continue to go to Norlang.

Norlang recommended by a friend. Recently, several fault lights came on in my Ford car, and I found Mr. Matt from Norlang. Due to my limited English, Mr. Matt patiently communicated with me, explained the cause of the failure and the corresponding repair plan, and gave a detailed quotation. The problem of my car was solved in time. After maintenance, the driving feeling is much better than before. The important thing is to make driving safer.

Had a couple of warranty claim issues to take care of, and while lubrico warranty ended up not really covering anything. Matt and the guys at Norlang were able to fix up all the issues at a fair price while providing extremely thorough and friendly service. I had recently bought a 2018 Audi SQ5 which I was very excited to drive. I took it to Norlang for it to be looked at Sylvan arranged everything, and told me to my delight that this was a great car for me. Unfortunately, two weeks after the three month warranty, the battery died, which I thought was no big deal. The technician Sylvan was able to walk me through all the preventive things that I needed to do upon realizing that it was the battery I was going to go down to a battery store to get one. however, Sylvan with his vast knowledge of what’s going on with vehicles, let me know that it was not something I could just do on my own and it needed a specific battery. I was so pleased that I didn’t go get a new battery and have a problem returning it when it would be the wrong one and they got me in promptly I could not have Asked for better service if I planned it thank you Norlang and thank you, Sylvan

I’m always a little leery about getting work done on my car, as I have felt ripped off in the past at other places. I booked my appointment at Norlang based on the google reviews and I was not disappointed.Really helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Very honest about repairs required and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things. Work was well done and completed quickly. They also had a courtesy car available, so that made things even more convenient. An additional bonus, they washed my car (and did a really good job) !Would definitely go back and would recommended their services to friends and family.

Okay, I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Norlang Auto Repair. We are new to the area and had a poor experience with another mechanic nearby earlier in the year, and then in this last week our car broke down while my husband was away and I had two small kiddos and work to manage- and the whole team, but particularly Matt, made the process as seamless as possible. They were extremely kind, efficient, HONEST, and very well priced. They also have fabulous systems in place to make the process so smooth which I deeply appreciate in this very busy - and expensive- season of life. These are our guys, we'll be bringing both of our cars here for the long haul.

I have a very wonderful experience with Norlang Autos, very professional and straight forward with the results of my car estimates...no sugar coating and told me once i received their shop repair estimates what the condition of my vehicle. The owner even gave me a ride back from their shop which i was super impressed. Highly recommendable and even though i didn't pursue with the repairs to be made on my car...it gave me a sense of awareness to think and consider of replacing my old clunker and get a new one.

As someone who typically does all the work on my own vehicles, I am always hesitant to bring them to a shop. So with that said, these guys get my full support. From the first phone call in they were understanding and supportive. The work was done very well, showing that they actually care about my vehicle and me. They explained everything up front, there were no hidden fees or charges, and they even vacuumed out my vehicle when they were done! They gave us a ride home when the vehicle was dropped off, They did an inspection saying urgent issues, medium issues and the things that passed, but they didn't force me to complete any extra repairs. Honestly I was super impressed by these guys and they have my vote of full confidence. They are now my go to people. And they should be yours too!

Norlang did a great job diagnosing and fixing our Sprinter van. The staff were very well trained in what caused some of the issues and how to fix it so we would be back on the road with as little down time as possible. The courtesy Sprinter van is also a great idea for anyone who will need their employees to stay working while a fleet vehicle is in for repairs.

I had an amazing experience at Norlang Auto. My car tire blew up and the lug nuts were damaged from a previous shop, so I was unable to use my spare tire kit. Jordan was amazing in calming me down, recommending a local towing company, going over my options, and providing quotes and estimates. Jordan also provided me a curtesy car while my car was being worked on at Norlang as I am based by downtown Vancouver and was paying for Ubers back and forth from Langley to deal with my car. I would highly recommend Jordan and the entire team at Norlang Auto for any of your automotive needs. They handled everything with extreme professionalism, understanding, honestly and empathy.

I was in fort Langley and not near any gas station or mechanic. I looked up the place closest with the best reviews and Norlang has the best. After having 2 appointments with them I know why. They are quick, compassionate and understanding . They are fantastic with communication to the customer. They gave me a loaner and didn’t charge me for the days they couldn’t work on it due to a holiday! And then a huge amount of work 5 days before Christmas and I asked for any help they could give. I know this is not the norm, but they took off some money for me. This shop is one of its kind and I will continue to share how great they are with everyone! - thank you for your compassion during the holidays.

The guys at Norlang did a fantastic job at putting on some nice winter/all season tires for me. There were a few challenges with the style of body that my truck and the tire sizes, but they were able to work with them and solve every problem. Sylvan and the team once again did an awesome job with my vehicle. After everything was done, I got a call explaining exactly what was wrong and how it was fixed. Also, I had new tires installed and they got me a good deal. Explained what the tires were good for season wise and air capacity in the tire. I just felt really confident when I left there.
